• You can call me at this number: 256-323-8343 and please leave me a message with your full name, what you are looking for and a way to contact you back. Or if you feel more comfortable a text message, but I still may ask to call you or at the very least communicate through an email.
• You must be 18 years or older to commission me and/ or have a parent or legal guardian sign the contract provided at the start of the commission.

Types of Commissions:
• Basic Sketch: This is very basic and the easiest method to draw in.
• Colored Pencil and/or Marker: A mixed media style I work in using Faber Castel Colored Pencils, Faber Castel Markers and Coptic Markers.
• Full Pencil or Charcoal Drawing: Using a full Gray scale scheme in either pencil or charcoal.
• Pointillism/ Stippling: An extensive method I work in where everything is done in small dots.
• Acrylic Painting: Painting done using Acrylic Paint.
• Ink Wash: Using Acrylic and India Ink, I paint with it building up washes a lot like watercolor to make the piece.
• I work on these surfaces: Bristol Board (vellum or smooth), Stonehenge, Arches Hot Press Watercolor 140LB, Un-stretched Canvas and Gesso Boards. (The surface is dependent on the medium I'm using.)
I do not work in Oils and as of right now I am not offering commissions in Digital Media. This however will change in the future.
Commission Prices:
Prices are determined by different factors that all add up. (And will be noted on the final invoice.)
• Preliminary sketches and any research I do are not included in the final price, only the amount of time I spend on the Final Piece.
First- Size: (I generally work small because of the amount of detail I put into my work and because of the materials that I use.)
Each of these is a base price for the size:
• 2.5"x3.5" - $10.00
• 4"x6" - $15.00
• 5"x7" - $20.00
• 6"x8" - $25.00
• 8"x10" - $30.00
• 9"x12" - $35.00
• 11"x14" - $40.00
• 12"x18" - $50.00
• Any larger than the above mentioned sizes will be a flat rate base fee of $80.00
Second is Method (As described above).
Again these are the base prices for different method:
• Sketch - $10.00
• Colored Pencil and/or Marker - $40.00 (5"x7" and under is $15.00) (above 12"x18" is $60.00)
• Full Pencil or Charcoal Drawing - $25.00 (5"x7" and under is $10.00) (above 12"x18" is $35.00)
• Pointillism/ Stippling - $50.00 (5"x7" and under is $30.00) (pieces above 9"x12" will not be done for the reason of time constraints unless the client and I discuss otherwise. If we choose to do a piece above 9x12 an addition of $25.00 will be added to the cost.)
• Acrylic Painting - $30.00 (6"x8" and under is $18.00) (above 12"x18" is $60.00)
• Ink Wash - $35.00 (6"x8" and under is $20.00) (above 12"x18" is $70.00)
Third is the amount of time and detail it takes. (Each method requires a different amount of time, for example: pointillism takes an extremely long time, longer too depending on the amount of detail and the size of the paper.)
• Each piece will of course be different. Some pieces will require much more time and attention regardless of the method and medium they are drawn in. If this is the case we can sit down and correspond to a specific price that meets the requirements of the piece in mind and fits your needs. Remember I am always willing to work with you.
• After the preliminary sketch is completed and you agree to the sketch. We will talk about a set price. I will add onto the base price depending on the amount of detail. The more complicated the composition, the more it will cost. The added price of the extra detail will not exceed $25.00 with the exception of pieces above 12"x18" where the extra detail fee will not exceed $50.00.
Fourth and last, is if you want the original piece.
• If you decide you want to keep the original and you want it shipped to you I will have to charge an extra $20.00 because I will need to package it and ship it.
• If you don't want the original there is no fee. You will receive to your designated email I high quality scan for you to use. I will keep a back up copy of the scanned image if you loose the image for whatever reason contact me back and I will resend it to you. Don't worry there is no fee for it. I'd be happy to.
• If you decide you want the original piece later send me an email or call me. You will have to pay the $20.00 fee, but I will be happy to ship it to you.
• Keep in mind that the image will have my signature on it and watermark and is not to be used or exploited as being any other work other than mine. (The signature and watermark will in no way take away from the quality of the image.)
Purchasing and Pricing of Originals from my Portfolio:
• (Supply Cost x 2) + ($20.00 x #of Hours) = Original Portfolio Sale of Piece
• (Supply Cost x 2) + ($20.00 x # of Hours) x 4 = Gallery Sale of Piece

If you're looking for a commissioned Tattoo Design Prices and Guidelines are as follows: (We will only be looking at size and detail for the purpose of commissioning a tattoo design. (The media the drawing will be done in will be decided by me.) And, will be based upon how the style the tattoo is to be designed in. Media will only be in Ink Wash, Colored Pencil or Marker).
Placement: (Rather than Size Tattoo prices will be based upon intended placement on the body since placement changes the size and the detail of the piece.)

Base Prices for Multiple Elements (The more you want shown in the tattoo –details-).
• 1 Element - $0.00
• 2 to 3 Elements - $5.00
• 3 to 5 Elements - $15.00
• 6 to 10 Elements - $25.00
• 10 or more Elements - $30.00
Base Prices for Color Options.
• Black/ Gray Scale - $0.00
• 1 Color - $5.00
• 2 to 3 Colors - $10.00
• Multiple/ Full Color Range - $20.00
Original Piece or Digital Download.
• If you want to keep the Original Piece there is a fee of $15.00. If you are out of state the piece will be shipped to you with a copy of the signed contract and the itemized invoice.
• If you don't want the original I will send a high quality image attached in an email to you with the copied contract and the itemized receipt also attached. If you decide that you want the original later I will gladly send it to you provided you pay the $15.00.
• My Signature and Watermark will be on the finished image, all though because this is a tattoo that will be placed on the body my signature will not be within the piece as in my illustrations and fine art works so as not to take away from the aesthetic quality of the piece. The tattoo designed for the client will not be used on any other person or by any tattoo shop without my written permission.
If you are looking to Commission a Jewelry piece the guidelines are as follows:
• Payment will include the cost of the materials for each piece that is to be made. Material prices vary depending on the type of clay, stone, semi precious stone, shell…. All ordering of materials is done through this website: www.FireMountainGems.com or bought from a Michaels/ Joanne Fabrics store as needed.
Size, Length and Type of Jewelry
Women's Necklaces
• Choker- ((35 cm (14 in) to 41 cm (16 in) long and sits high on the neck.))- $12.00
• Princess Necklace- ((45 cm (18 in) to 50 cm (20 in) long, longer than a choker, but shorter than a matinee.))- $18.00
• Matinee Necklace- ((56 cm (22 in) to 58 cm (23 in) long - typically a single strand that rests at the top of the cleavage.))- $25.00
• Opera Necklace- ((75 cm (30 in) to 90 cm (35 in) long and sits at the breastbone.))- $30.00
• Satori (Rope Necklace)- ((any necklace longer than opera length.))- $40.00
Men's Necklaces
• Coker- ((35 cm (14 in) to 41 cm (16 in) long and sits high on the neck.))- $12.00
• Any other length- $20.00
Bracelets
• Stretch (Beaded) Bracelet- $10.00 - $15.00 (As determined by the Artist depending upon the number of bracelets: usually done as a set between 3 and 5 bracelets)
• Wire (Beaded) Bracelet- $15.00
• Wire (Wrapped) Bracelet- Not Available at this time.
Earrings
• Price Range- $10.00 - $20.00 (As determined by the Artist depending upon the complexity of the piece).
Rings
• Not available at this time.
Hand Made Items
• Hand Made Clay Beads- $10.00 - $20.00 (As determined by the Artist depending on how many beads).
• Hand Made Clay Pendant- $10.00 - $30.00 (As determined by the Artist depending on the Size and Complexity of the Pendant).
Sets
• There will be a discount if Jewelry is custom ordered as a set rather than individually.
• Necklace (prince will include length as described above + "set" price and materials fee), Bracelet and Earring Set- $25.00. Keep in mind if there is any hand made beads or pendants those fees will still apply.
Remember that all total base prices determine the final and set fee agreed upon by both the artist and the client.
Payment:
• Paypal (Let me know if this is your chosen form of payment and I will give you my Paypal Email address, it is not the same as my business Email).
• Money Orders
• Cash
Payment Stipulations:
• 1/3 of payment is due prior to the commission being started. (1/3 payment is for materials in case they are needed at the start.)
• Full payment must be made within 10 days of the piece being completed.
• If you are having the piece shipped to you, full payment must be made before the piece is shipped.
• You will also have to sign a Contract written by myself before the piece is completed. This contract protects the rights of the Artist (myself) and the Client (you) from any legal obligations and describes any specific detail about the piece and states the due date, the set price and the deposit.
• All Original Pieces will be sent with a copy of the Contract and an Invoice.
Shipping:
• Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service, even out of the country. If you want your piece shipped by UPS or FedEX please contact me and this can be arranged, we will talk about extra fees at that time.
• All prints and original artwork is shipped using a bubbled envelope and a hard piece of thin wood to keep the envelope from bending with the piece inside of it.
• All jewelry, pendants and sculptures will be shipped in protected jewelry boxes as well as a bubbled enveloped marked fragile.
• If more than one order and the order ends up bulky it will be shipped in a box with bubble wrap inside of it.
• Every item shipped from me will contain the item, a business card, a copy of the contract if it is a commission and a copy of your receipt/ invoice.
• If anything is damaged during shipping I, "The Artist" not responsible for the damages that occur during shipping. If damages do occur during shipping "The Client" is responsible for having the piece fixed or having it shipped back to myself in order to make any corrections to the piece.
Returns/ Exchanges:
• There will be no returns of custom work this includes illustration and fine art commissions, jewelry commissions, tattoo design commissions or sculptures.
• Buying of a print or piece of jewelry exchanges are allowed but no returns and only if it is exchanged with the same size print or similar style jewelry. If the piece breaks over time or is damaged in shipping it is not the fault of myself (the artist) and I will take no such blame for selling damaged products.
• Returning an original piece is possible, but at only a ½ % of the price that was paid.
• If a piece of jewelry breaks from wear and tear please contact me and I can do my best to have it fixed for you.
Rules about Content:
• No pornographic or sexually demeaning or racist pieces will be done. Or abuse of any kind.
